To provide a side guide apparatus of proceeding strip capable of enabling guide rollers to be worn out uniformly such that side guiding of strip is stably carried out, and life of the guide rollers is improved substantially. The side guide apparatus of proceeding strip comprises a slider(30) vertically movably mounted on guide panels(10); cylinders for moving the slider up and down; a roller casing(40) which is rotatably mounted on the slider, and to which several guide rollers(50) are supported such that the guide rollers are capable of being rotated and disassembled; and a motor(60) for rotating the roller casing, wherein the side guide apparatus further comprises a fixed block(20) which is fixed to the guide panels and supports the slider such that the slider is movable up and down.
