A one-way clutch supporting device of an auto-transmission is provided to improve durability of a one-way clutch by obtaining enough lubricating oil in the one-way clutch through directly linking a flow path of the lubricating oil from a case oil passage to an inner race oil passage formed at an inner race of the one-way clutch, to increase assembling efficiency by easily changing a size of a case spline, and to cut down production cost by skipping a procedure of manufacturing the spline unit. In a one-way clutch supporting device of an auto-transmission, a case spline(410) is combined with an inner race of a one-way clutch, installed in a case, to support the inner race. An inner race oil passage(420) is installed at the inner race of the one-way clutch to guide lubricating oil supplied to the inner race. In the case where the one-way clutch is installed, a case oil passage(430) is directly connected with the inner race oil passage to comprise a lubricating hole which supplies the lubricating oil into the inner race of the one-way clutch.
