A roof panel finishing structure of a vehicle is provided to lighten and strengthen the vehicle by a sandwich panel comprising a synthetic resin core as a center and A1 skin materials on the front/back surface of the center and to improve combination and appearance without any change of the existing vehicle structure by bonding and hemming an end part of the sandwich panel with an end part of a steel bracket. In a roof panel finishing structure of a vehicle, the distal end portion of an inner panel(12) is curved and welded on inner surface of an end part of a roof panel(10). An end part of an additional steel bracket(13) is bonded and hemmed with the end part of the roof panel having the inner panel welded together. The roof panel of the vehicle is composed of a synthetic resin core(14) placed in the middle of the roof panel and each A1 skin material(15, 16) integrally installed on the front/back surface of the synthetic resin. The synthetic resin core is made from polypropylene.
