An apparatus for perceiving an unevenness on a road is provided to prevent a risk due to a unevenness by previously informing the existence of the unevenness. An apparatus for perceiving an unevenness on a road includes a sensor part(10), a control part(20), and a display part(30). The sensor part(10) detects whether or not there is an unevenness on a road on which a vehicle passes. The sensor part(10) is installed on the front part of the vehicle. The control part(20) receives information regarding the unevenness and determines whether or not the unevenness prevents the driving of the vehicle. The control part(20) transmits a necessary control signal as the determination result. The display unit(30) informs the existence of the unevenness of a driver.
