A heat sink for electric appliances is provided to form a duct unit in cylinder shape, thereby forming a smooth and uniform air flow inside the duct unit when the air flow generated by a fan passes through an inner part of the duct unit. A heat sink comprises as follows. Plural radiating pins(12) are protruded in length direction on an inner circumference of a cylinder-shaped duct unit(10). Fans(30) are installed on an entrance side of the duct unit(10), and generate radiating air flows. The fans(30) are configured such that the generated air flows can pass through inner/outer sides of the duct unit(10) in order to sufficiently radiate inner/outer parts of the duct unit(10).
