A structure for mounting a condenser of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to control the vertical position of the condenser according to road conditions or driving conditions, thereby preventing the damage of the condenser and maximizing the cooling operation of the condenser. In a structure for mounting a condenser of a vehicle air conditioner, the condenser(2) is changeable in the vertical position by a driving unit for a vehicle body. The driving unit is to be a clevis cylinder(7) having a piston part(12). The piston part has an upper end part coupled with an end of a guide bracket(5) and connected to a compressor(19) via a solenoid valve(18), wherein the piston part is movable in the vertical direction by air flow. The piston part is connected to the condenser at an end, so that the piston part moves the condenser in the vertical direction.
