An apparatus for opening and closing a door in dual direction is provided to open and close a door in two directions with low expenses, and to improve in appearance and to secure the convenience in use by excluding a knob. The apparatus(1) for opening and closing a door in dual direction comprises: a door(10) opened and closed in one direction(B) or the other direction(A) on both corners as an axis; and an intermediate frame(20), as an intermediate frame of the appointed thickness having an entrance to function as a door when opening a door(10) in one direction, fixed by the door(10) and a primary fixture(28) to make one corner function as an axis when opening and closing the door in one direction, and rotated together with the door when opening and closing in the other direction and fixed by a body(100) and a secondary fixture(26).
