A vibration reducing device utilizing a magnetro-rheological fluid is provided to give drivers stabilization and reliability by suppressing a broad range of vibration through measuring frequency transmitted from a steering column unit by means of an acceleration sensor and then changing a viscosity of the magnetro-rheological fluid correspondently with the measured frequency. A vibration reducing device(100) utilizing a magnetro-rheological fluid comprises an acceleration sensor(10) measuring a degree of vibration entering a steering column unit; a magnetro-rheological fluid mounting assembly(20) installed on the steering column unit to change a viscosity according to a magnetic change through an allowed electric current; and a control unit(30) judging a degree of vibration entering the steering column unit by sensing signals transmitted from the acceleration sensor, setting an electric current allowed into the magnetro-rheological fluid mounting assembly through the judged vibration, and controlling to suppress the vibration transmitted to drivers by changing the viscosity of the magnetro-rheological fluid. The acceleration sensor is installed on a U-joint(13) connected with the steering column unit.
