A fuel injection amount control method by correction of temperature of a coolant is provided to damp noise during operation of an engine by optimizing temperature of the coolant cooling the engine and amount of fuel supplied to the engine according to operation conditions of the engine. A system deciding the final fuel injection amount of an engine comprises a step of deciding fuel amount A of from a fuel amount map based on a position of an accelerator pedal and engine rpm(revolutions per minute); a step of deciding fuel amount B from a fuel map based on temperature of a coolant of the engine rpm; a step of comparing the fuel amount A and the fuel amount B and deciding fuel amount(C) selecting a small value from fuel amount A and the fuel amount B; a step of deciding fuel amount(D) decided from a fuel amount map based on rail pressure; and a step of comparing the fuel amount C and the fuel amount D and setting up a small value as fuel amount E. A fuel injection amount control method by correction of temperature of a coolant comprises a step of comparing coolant temperature(a) and a compensation need coolant temperature range(b) by a noise principle test; a step of executing final fuel injection amount if the coolant temperature doest not correspond to the compensation need coolant temperature range; and a step of executing compensated fuel injected fuel amount if the coolant temperature corresponds to the compensation need coolant temperature range.
