A method and a system for deciding heat treatment of an aluminum cylinder block are provided to determine whether or not a heat treatment is performed and whether or not the heat treatment is suitably performed by using a directing sensor. Aluminum cylinder block manufacturing process is performed between a casting process and a manufacturing process. The heat treatment process is performed in such a manner that the stress of a residential current generated in the casting process is removed from the member(1). The heat treatment includes a first determination step, a heat treatment step, a second sensing step, and a second determination step. A paint is sprayed on the surface of a member(1) undergone a dye casting process. A directing sensor(9) senses whether or not the member(1) moves toward the opposition side of a spray device(5).
