发明名称 POWDER COATING PROCESS USING SPRAY DRYER AND MAGNETIC POWDER CORE MADE FROM SPRAY DRIED POWDERS
摘要 To provide a method for obtaining a film more that is more uniform than coating of a mixture of powder and binder to maximizer soft magnetic property, simplifying a preparation process to perform the method economically efficiently and forming a homogeneous binder film on the surface of powder to prepare magnetic core of high quality, and an alloy powder core prepared by spray drying. The method for preparing alloy powder core by spray drying comprises: a step(a) of dissolving a binder into an organic solvent to secure a binder solution; a step(b) of mixing the binder solution with alloy powder at an agitation rotary speed of 1,000 to 40,000 rpm and inner chamber temperature of 40 to 300 deg.C, and passing the mixture through a spray drying process to prepare composite particle powder in which the binder is coated on the surface of the alloy powder; a step(c) of molding the composite particle powder at a molding pressure of 15 to 18 tons/cm^2; and a step(d) of heat treating the powder compact obtained by the powder molding in a temperature range of 200 to 800 deg.C, wherein the binder of the step(a) contains one or more selected from the group consisting of polyamide-based resin, phenol-based resin and sodium silicate, and a content of the binder is 0.2 to 5.0 wt.% of the total solid weight of the alloy powder core, and wherein after the binder solution is secured by dissolving the binder into the organic solvent, alloy powder is injected into the binder solution such that the binder solution is mixed with the alloy powder in an agitator for one minute or more, and a liquid phase mixture containing the alloy powder is sprayed into a spray drying chamber.
