A method for accumulating and using service points through an ARS(Auto Response System) without using the Internet is provided to conveniently accumulate/use the points by using a telephone, and use fast and correct information regardless of time and space by diversely using the ARS. An exchange(21) is connected through the PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). The ARS(22) is connected to the exchange. A CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) system(23) transmits information of a customer to a counselor terminal according to selection from the ARS. A service point manager server(25) controls the CTI system and the counselor terminal.
