A projection system for an auto theater is provided to project an image on a screen or a wall of a building in such a manner that people views an image of a big size in an automobile according to a taste of people. A projection system for an autom theater includes an image displaying player(1) installed in an automobile. A projector(2) electrically connected to the image displaying player(1) is mounted at a predetermined position of the automobile. The projector(2) enlarges and projects an image generated from the image displaying player(1). A switch controlling part(3) electrically connected to one side of the projector(2) selects a projector mode or a head light mode. A light adjusting device(5) electrically connected to the switch controlling part(3) adjusts intensity and diffusion of light of a headlight(4) according to a mode selected by means of the switch controlling part(3).
