A cosmetic composition for skin exfoliation comprising film-forming fabrics and powders is provided, which composition easily exfoliates the skin by the film-forming agent, and enhances elasticity of the skin by stimulation of skin cell exfoliation and scrubbing the skin by the skin exfoliation powder. The cosmetic composition for skin exfoliation comprises a water phase portion comprising 5 to 50 wt.% of film-forming fabrics consisting of one or more selected from acrylate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyacrylate, 2 to 10 wt.% of hydrating agent and 35.5 to 70 wt.% of purified water; an oil phase portion comprising 1 to 5 wt.% of nonionic surfactant, 0.5 to 5 wt.% of waxes and 2 to 7 wt.% of emoliant; a powder portion comprising 2 to 10 wt.% of powder selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethylmetacrylate, methylcellulose, propyl cellulose, nylon and silica; and an additive portion comprising 1 to 10 wt.% of additives selected from alcohol, perfume and preservative.
