A spangle producing device is provided to secure mass production by punching plural spangles in one punching step and to automatically produce the spangles by continuously feeding films intermittently and continuously and executing punching operations at the same time. A spangle producing device is composed of a film feed unit; a film transfer gap regulating unit for intermittently carrying films(F1,F2) at regular intervals; a mold comprising a punch(340) having plural punching bars with a spherical end and a die(350) having plural cutting holes corresponding to the punching bars, transferring the film through a space between the punching bar and the cutting hole, and producing spherical spangles(S) same as the end of the punching bar by moving down and inserting the punching bar to the cutting hole of the die every time the film stops; a heating unit for heating the film at constant temperature before transferring the film to the mold to deform the spangle into a sphere shape same as the punching bar; a storing unit for collecting and keeping the spangles discharged through the cutting holes; and a collecting unit for connecting the residual films after completing punching.
