A micro-dissection system is provided to improve accuracy of an optical channel and to reduce a size of a stage apparatus for microscopes by using a compensation unit in the optical channel. A stage apparatus(200) includes a containing box stage which reciprocally moves a containing box holder between holder insertion portions. The containing box holder includes a cap inserted in an insertion hole. A body of the stage apparatus is arranged at a side portion in a length direction. An optical channel(100) includes section mirrors and a compensation unit. The section mirrors are arranged to refract a second optical axis of a laser beam generated at a laser device into an objective lens of a microscope. The laser beam penetrates a first optical axis of the microscope. The compensation unit is implemented between the section mirror and an inspection unit of the microscope. The stage apparatus includes a base(210), a Y stage(220), and an X stage(230). The Y stage is installed on the base and includes a second hole. The optical axes penetrate the second hole. The X stage is installed on the Y stage and is moved in a direction along an X axis. The optical axes penetrate a third hole formed on the X stage. A slide is installed on the third hole.
