An oil production apparatus of exhaust resin is provided to prevent a driving motor from being damaged by heat quantity provided by a burner. The oil production apparatus of exhaust resin includes a reactor(100), an injection hole(101), a stirring shaft(110), plural stirring wings(111), a driving motor(120), a rotating shaft(121), and a gear assembly(170). The plural stirring wings are installed radially around the stirring shaft on the bottom surface of the reactor. A rotating shaft(121) for rotating the stirring shaft is connected to the lower part of the stirring shaft. The gear assembly(170) is installed at the lower part of the rotating shaft to convert and transmit the rotating power provided from the motor shaft of the driving motor(120) to the rotating shaft.
