A structure for reducing noise of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to reduce noise generated by rotation of a blower fan and air flow associated with the blower fan rotation, thereby preventing the noise from being transmitted to passengers. A structure for reducing noise of a vehicle air conditioner includes a fixed connection tube(40) in the shape of pipe mounted at a side of the vehicle air conditioner in communication, and a main body connection tube(50) in the shape of pipe to be coupled with the fixed connection tube. A main body part(60) is connected to the main body connection tube and formed with a space for serving as a single hollow resonator. The above elements are received in a cover housing(70) and fixed to a connection case(14) via cover fixing part(80), wherein noise of a blower fan passes through the connection case.
