A floor board is provided to have strong strength, light weight and a long life span and reduce a production cost by making a surface layer, a foam layer, and a backside layer in a body, wherein the foam layer is obtained by mixing recycled polypropylene with wood powder/chaff. The floor board comprises a surface layer(100), a foam layer(300), and a backside layer(200). The surface layer(100) and the backside layer(200) consist of 25% of polypropylene, 60% of wood powder or chaff, and 15% of glass fiber. The foam layer(300) is obtained by mixing 30% of recycled polypropylene and 70% of wood powder or chaff to be expanded and molded. The foam layer(300) is placed between the surface layer(100) and the backside layer(200).
