A forming method of a flange for connecting a synthetic resin pipe and a device thereof are provided to form the flange accurately and integrally without deviation by melting an end of the finished synthetic resin pipe. A synthetic resin pipe(2) is formed by a synthetic resin pipe forming device, and an outer ring(13) is combined with the synthetic resin pipe. An end of the synthetic resin pipe is inserted to an inner ring, and the outer ring is integrally combined with a forming plate(7) by a fitting fixing bar. The end of the synthetic resin pipe is heated and molten by supplying power to a hot wire(8) of the forming plate, and synthetic resin is charged in the outer ring by melting the end of the synthetic resin pipe to form a flange(3). The formed flange is cooled, and a flange forming device is separated. The flanges are formed at both sides of the synthetic resin pipe.
