A bicycle with a baby carriage is provided to facilitate a directional change, to secure baby's safety, and to enable shopping and movement to long distance together with a baby, by combining the baby carriage to the rear end of the bicycle. In a bicycle(200) with a baby carriage(100), the baby carriage is combined to the bicycle. One end of a connection member(300) is installed to a body of the bicycle and the other end of the connection member is installed to the front of a body of the baby carriage. A rear wheel of the bicycle is removed and each end of the connection members is fixed to support rods(104) of the front of the baby carriage and supports(214) of the rear of the bicycle, to make wheels(102) of the baby carriage function as the rear wheel of the bicycle. An auxiliary support is horizontally formed between the support rods, and the connection members are fixed to the auxiliary support and the supports of the rear of the bicycle.
