MICRO-DISSECTION METHOD

A micro dissection method is provided to enhance accuracy in inspection and dissection of micro regions of an organic sample by improving optical resolution by using a compensation unit for compensating objective lens characteristics. A slide(40) having a liquid cover slip surrounding an organic sample is provided. The slide is inspected and/or dissected by using a compensation unit. The compensation unit(60) compensates characteristics of an objective lens of a micro dissection system. The liquid cover slip is manufactured by using a polyvinyl pyrrolidone polymer having a molecular weight between 10000 and 360000. The height of the slide is substantially maintained at a range between 14 and 26 micrometers. The slide is dissected at least twice into a preset depth.
