A structure of a color manhole cover is provided to prevent the accident caused by damage by making a manhole cover bear the load transferred by traffic. The structure of a color manhole cover(50) comprises the steps of forming a frame(52) for forming the outside of a manhole cover using an L-shaped channel(51) having enough stiffness, arranging reinforcing bars(53) in the latticed shape in the frame(52) to prevent the transformation of a frame(52), bending up a plate steel and welding an elliptical drain outlet(55) to the reinforcing bar(53), and filling up the inside of the frame(52) except the drain outlet(55) with color mortar.
