Provided is an under tread rubber compound of PCR for high temperature curing which improves reversion and heatproof property, together with keeping physical properties as curing temperature rises. Based on 100 phr of rubber raw materials, the under tread rubber compound of PCR for high temperature curing is characterized by adding 0.5-1.5 phr of HTS(hexamethylene-1,6-bis(thiosulfate) disodium salt, dihydrate), 0.5-1.5 phr of KA-9188(1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)hexane) and 3-10 phr of heatproof elastomer as a reversion preventer to the normal under tread compound of PCR for high temperature curing including rubber raw materials, a reinforcer, an activator, processing oil, a curing agent and a curing promoter.
