A jelly cutting apparatus is provided to cut jelly smoothly by using a sharp blade of a cutter, to make various jelly by changing the shape of the blade variously, and to clean jelly by sterilizing jelly with steam at high temperature. A jelly cutting apparatus is composed of a cutting part(100) having a forming frame with a cutting blade and cutting formed jelly regularly, a packing part(300) inserting and packing jelly cut by the cutting part in a packing container, a sterilizing part(400) washing the packed jelly in the packing container by the packing part with steam at high temperature, and a transfer part(200) transferring the packed jelly to the cutting part, the packing part and the sterilizing part. The cutting part comprises the forming frame cutting jelly by the cutting blade, a lift cylinder installed in an upper part of the forming frame and a pressure plate connected to an end of the lift cylinder to press jelly placed on the forming frame.
