A structure of a truck for automatically opening/closing a front repair panel is provided to enhance convenience by automatically and simply opening/closing the front repair panel through operating a switch. In a truck front repair panel(11) combined with a dash panel(10), a switch having on/off operations is installed in a room of the truck to automatically open/close the repair panel. A dash bracket(22) and a panel bracket(23) connected respectively to upper ends of the dash panel and the repair panel are combined with each other through hinge shafts(21) possibly to rotate the repair panel. On one end of the dash bracket, a motor(30) having a driving shaft(31) connected with the hinge shaft is installed to be rotated in right and reverse directions from switching on/off and to thereby automatically open/close the repair panel. A locking drive unit(40) is installed on bottom of the dash panel to lock/unlock the repair panel from switching on/off. A locking fastening unit(50) is installed on bottom side of the repair panel to hold the locking drive unit.
