A camera coupling structure of a mobile terminal is provided to maximize structural and operational efficiency with respect to installation of a digital camera by separating only a portion of a hinge arm while leaving a case of a mobile terminal as it is when the digital camera needs repairing or replacing. A camera(30) is rotatably installed at a hinge arm to which a terminal body(1) and a folder are coupled. A stepped portion is formed to be cut out at a certain section of an outer surface of a camera of the hinge arm. A camera holding member(20) having a holding piece(22) to penetrate into the hinge arm is fixedly coupled with the step portion. The holding piece(22) of the camera holding member(20) holds a disk type portion(34) with an increased diameter at a front end of a hinge shaft of the camera(30).
