摘要 |
An optical channel for a micro dissection system is provided to enhance accuracy in inspection and dissection of micro regions of an organic sample by using a compensation unit for compensating for objective lens characteristics. An optical channel(100) for micro dissection system is first and second optical channels, a dichroic mirror, and a compensation unit. The first optical channel(10) forms a first optical axis of a microscope apparatus. The second optical channel(20) forms a second optical axis of a laser beam generated by a laser apparatus. The dichroic mirror(50) is arranged to pass the first optical axis and refract the second optical channel into the objective lens of the microscope apparatus. The compensation unit(60) is implemented between the dichroic mirror and an inspection unit of the microscope apparatus.
