MULTILAYERED FIBROUS FLAME RETARDANT SOUND-ABSORBING PLATE

Provided is a multi-layered fibrous flame retardant sound-absorbing plate, which has excellent sound-absorbing property and flame retardancy, facilitates its recycling by using thermoplastic resin, and reduces energy by simplifying its production and maximizing production efficiency. The multi-layered fibrous flame retardant sound-absorbing plate consists of an inner layer(10) made of ethylene vinyl acetate resin, a middle layer(20) having thermoplastic resin mixed and molten within a reinforced fiber, and a surface layer(30) made of an exterior decorative material. The sound-absorbing plate is impregnated with a flame retardant. The middle layer(20) is obtained by stacking: a low-density sound absorbing layer(22) consisting of 20-40 parts by weight of polypropylene fiber as the thermoplastic resin and 60-80 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate fiber as the reinforced fiber; a middle-density sound absorbing layer(24) consisting of 41-59 parts by weight of the polypropylene fiber and 41-59 parts by weight of the polyethylene terephthalate fiber; and a high-density sound absorbing layer(26) consisting of 60-80 parts by weight of the polypropylene fiber and 20-40 parts by weight of polyethylene terephthalate fiber.
