A slide-type cup holder of a vehicle is provided to keep various sizes of cans or cups by installing a first and a second placing units separated through a partition wall at a proper position of a center console of the vehicle and by comprising a first and a second cup holders receiving two guide faces on bottom of the first and the second placing units in a slide type and supporting a can or a cup by means of two cup supporting boards. A slide-type cup holder of a vehicle is composed of a first placing unit(12) and a second placing unit(14) formed of a center console divided into two parts by a partition wall(16) to place a can or a cup; a first guide groove and a second guide groove formed on bottom of the first and the second placing units to be horizontally guided along a side surface; and a first cup holder(A) and a second cup holder(B) receiving a first guide face and a second guide face(34) along the first and the second guide grooves and including a first cup supporting board(20) and a second cup supporting board(30) on the side surface of the cup holders to support the can or the cup.
