A shroud combining structure of a vehicle is provided to eliminate the possibility that a hanging member is removed from a ring member by deformation of the hanging member itself due to high temperature or relatively little shock by using a mechanical combination style and to decrease an error rate by easily recognizing the combining structure of a locking member, an upper stopper, and a side stopper, or the structural defects thereof. A shroud combining structure of a vehicle comprises a locking member(50) protruded inward on either an upper cover(30) or a lower cover(40) constituting the vehicle shroud, elongated toward the other one of the covers, and composed of one end formed like a hook; an upper stopper(60) protruded inward on the other cover so as to constrain operation in a direction of contacting between the upper cover and the lower cover by holding the locking member; and a side stopper(70) protruded on the rear side of the upper stopper to constrain a backward operation of the locking member held by the upper stopper. A round part(58) is formed on one surface of the locking member to contact on the upper stopper in combining the upper cover with the lower cover.
