A system and a method for informing members of meeting invitation through diverse informing tools using the Internet are provided to facilitate management of the meeting invitations from multiple communities by enabling the members to instantly inquire the meeting invitation without connecting to a bulletin board, as the meeting invitation is informed through the diverse informing tools. An operator information database(110) stores an ID/password of an administrator and a community ID code. A community member information database(120) stores the community ID code, a resident registration number, an email account, an instant messenger account, and a mobile number of each member. A meeting invitation information database(130) stores contents, data transmitting tools, and the community ID code for the offline meeting invitation. A schedule checking system(140) transmits the contents of the meeting contents in case of a date to transmit the meeting invitation by searching the meeting invitation information database. A meeting invitation guiding server(100) registers the meeting invitation and makes it informed to the members of the community by operating each database.
