An optical disk cartridge is provided to detach a disk without disassembling the cartridge, thereby being usable in cartridge type as well as being usable in raw disk type while maintaining functions of a fixing projection for preventing the received disk from being damaged. A lower plate(10) comprises an optical disk pickup access window(12). An upper plate(60) forms a cartridge housing in connection with the lower plate(10), and comprises an optical disk entrance hole(61). A rotational wheel(40) is rotatively installed under the upper plate(60). A left shutter(30) and a right shutter(20) are hinge-coupled with the lower plate(10) to rotate between an open position for opening the window(12) and a closed position for closing the window(12). A cam device converts a rotational movement of the wheel(40) into a rotational movement between the open position and the closed position of the shutters(30,20). A disk detaching unit(160) comprises a fixing projection for pressing an outer upper side of a disk(50) to prevent the inserted disk(50) from being separated, and is coupled with the upper plate(60) to move the projection between a fixing position for pressing the outer upper side and a released position for not pressing the outer upper side.
