A scooter with two horizontally aligned wheels is provided to prevent the scooter from tumbling down and to enable movement forward and backward, by detecting a tilting angle and making an electric current flow to a motor in proportion to the tilting angle. A scooter with two horizontally aligned wheels comprises the two wheels horizontally aligned; a load gear interlocking with the two wheels; a motor gear interlocking with the load gear; a motor coaxially connected to the motor gear; a motor control circuit for controlling the motor; and a tilting angle sensor for sensing a tilting angle. An electric current of the motor increases in proportion to the tilting angle and follows a tilting angle of zero.
