FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology to manufacture non-smoking tobacco products. Tobacco should be extracted with a non-polar extracting agent in supercritical state and water, aqueous extract should be concentrated, obtained extract and concentrate should be mixed with ashes, lime, vegetable oil, pectin and two fractions isolated out of Mortierella verticillata micromycete biomass according to the preset technique, and the mixture should be formed. The innovation enables to decrease nicotine losses and those of fragrance-forming substances and obtain the target product of balanced composition and organoleptic properties of conventional oily product. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
