FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has two halves and crosspieces with slots connecting the halves and allowing bringing them close to each other with overlay, separating them and fixing with screws through the slots. Each half is a convexo-concave body having irregular outlines, spherical portion and projections for making engagement with the crosspieces. One of the halves has bent edge and fastening protrusion. Both of the device halves, the fastening protrusion and bent edge have chamfered holes for receiving bone screws.
