FIELD: wind power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is used in horizontally axial wind plants with pneumatic method of transfer of wind power from windmill to consumer (electric generator). Invention increases efficiency of pneumatic transmission and wind energy utilization factor which are provided firstly, owing to freely rotating windwheel with hollow blades inside atmospheric diffuser at its inlet and, secondary, owing to use at flow braking in diffuser of kinetic energy of air jets leaving T-shaped peripheral devices of hollow blades. With windmill rotating, useful power is taken to blow through air inside hollow blades and peripheral devices rotating in ring bay on inner wall of diffuser. As a result, pressure lower than atmosphere pressure is set in pneumatic main line, and thanks to it ground air turbine can operate owing to differential between atmospheric pressure and pressure in pneumatic main line. Air turbine sets generator into rotation. Use of kinetic energy of air jet coming out of peripheral device takes place after passing of air along ring channel into boundary layer on inner wall of diffuser where injection of separate jets rotating over circumference takes place through ring channel. Second injection in to ring channel lower in flow takes place owing to kinetic energy of outer atmospheric flow and difference in static pressures on outer and inner walls of diffuser. Control of operation of wind-pneumatic turboplant is provided by turning blades, changing air flow rate through air turbine at means of adjustable nozzle assembly and increasing air flow through hollow blades by opening adjustable channels in end face of nacelle. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency. ^ 4 dwg |
