The device has a main pedestal (1) with a base whose surface is inclined at 45 degrees to a horizontal plane for adjusting inclination of lights (9). A front shutter and a magnetic plate of a rear shutter are fixed to a hood or trunk. The lights are mounted on telescopic rods and a central light (12) is mounted on the pedestal. A lighting device (13) connected to a cigar-lighter by a cable, controls the lighting of the lights.
