The device has a supercharger pump connected to a water supply tube (4), pool (7) and tanker (31) for its water supply, and connected to a discharge nozzle (11) and a ring shower (13) for its water delivery. The units (11, 13) are arranged in periphery of premises. The ring shower is equipped with an adjustable metering jet (14) for spraying water towards interior and exterior of the premises.
