The device has a plastic ferrule (1) comprising a crater to house an assembly having a plastic material (2) and an absorbing material (3). The assembly obtained by sewing the materials is stuck at interior of the crater. The material (3) extends beyond the ferrule for permitting absorption and application of liquid dye. The ferrule is provided with a male stud (4) fixed by bonding in the orifice (5) of a handle (6).
