PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between a sill member and a column member in a wooden construction, which minimizes useless consumption of wooden resources, and facilitates coping with working errors even if a joint portion between the sill member and the column member undergoes the working errors. SOLUTION: The joint structure is formed of the wooden sill member 10 having a fitting hole 11 formed therein and constituting a sill of the wooden construction; the wooden column member 20 having a fitting hole 22 formed therein and erected on the sill member 20; and a joint member 60 having a sill-side insertion portion 61 fitted into the fitting hole 11 formed in the sill member 10, on one side thereof, and a column-side insertion portion 62 fitted into the fitting hole 22 formed in the column member 20, on the other end thereof, and functioning to connect between the sill member 10 and the column member 20.
