PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably secure security by enabling only an authorized original operator to perform a remote operation in a remote system using an electronic mail. SOLUTION: A remote operation system is provided with a control unit 4 connected to a communication line 21, and a controlled unit 1 connected to the control unit 4 to be controlled. A control command according to the sender of an electronic mail received through the communication line 21 is prepared by a second calculating processor 19 to be transmitted to the sender.
