PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system, a work management method and a work management program that can accurately detect fatigue degree. SOLUTION: The work management system 1 manages a worker's work by using a display part 40 of a computer 2. The work management system 1 comprises an input measurement part 24, a cancel measurement part 23 and a fatigue degree input part 26. The input measurement part 24 measures the number of inputs during the worker's input work into an input part 10 of the computer 2. The cancel measurement part 23 measures the number of cancel inputs during the worker's input work into the input part 10 of the computer 2.
