PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service combining system, a service combining method and a service combining program, to efficiently execute service combination. SOLUTION: When a service combining device 10 does not match a service element 30a, a service element 30b mediating the service combining device 10 and the service element 30a is additionally registered to the service element as an available interface. As a result afterwards, it is not necessary to retrieve the service element 30b functioning as the mediating service element again in when there is a similar mismatching.
