PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document information providing system and method, a document information providing program and a recording medium which can provide document list information improved in operability by effectively utilizing the functions of a sticky note. SOLUTION: This information processor for transmitting a Web page to display predetermined information to a terminal in response to a request from a terminal connected through a network is provided with: a first document list page preparing means for preparing a document list page to display the list information of a document in order to identify a document attached with the sticky note based on the request from the terminal; and a second document list page preparing means for extracting only the document attached with the sticky note from the document to be displayed in the document list page based on the request from the terminal where the document list page is displayed and preparing the document list page in configurations that only the document is displayed.
