PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language switching system and the like capable of switching languages without re-inputting an area setting value or the like for an operating system in every usage by each user, even when the plurality of users in a client side uses the different languages in a server/client system. SOLUTION: User information including the languages in response to the users is preliminarily recorded in a user information recording part 50, and various items 62 displayed on displays 26 of clients 20 are recorded in response to the languages used by the users, in a language-by-language information recording part 60. A user information acquiring part 36 acquires the language 54 corresponding to a user identifier 52 included in log-in information transmitted from the client 20 from the user information recording part 50. An information acquiring part 38 may acquire prescribed information 51 in response to the language from the language-by-language information recording part 60, based on the language.
