PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a demand tolerance by assembling together members and effecting per-piece processing without effecting set-processing in a casing structure, to reduce a cost, and to reliably transmit a drive force. SOLUTION: The casing structure comprises a ring gear (an input member) 39 to input a drive force from a drive source; a casing element (a fist casing member) 15 at one in axial direction provided with an opening; a cover (a second casing member) 17 to cover an opening 31; a bolt 21 inserted through bolt holes (bolt insertion holes) 35 and 37 formed in the casing element 15 and the cover 17, respectively, and joined in a screwed-in state with a screw part situated at the ring gear 39, and mutually fastening the casing element 15 and the cover 17; and an output member driven by the casing element 15. The diameter of the bolt hole 35 formed in the casing element 15 is further reduced in a size than the diameter of the bolt hole 37 formed in the cover 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
