PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plan structure which enables a person to directly come and go between a private room such as a bedroom and a sanitary room, and which enables direct come-and-go to be realized in such a manner as to be advantageous in terms of cost. SOLUTION: The private room 1 and the sanitary room 3, which are adjacent to each other, communicate with each other via a first opening 4 for the come-and-go, the sanitary room 3 and a public space 2 such as a hall etc., which are adjacent to each other, communicate with each other via a second opening 5 for the come-and-go, and the first and second openings 4 and 5 are opened/closed by using a door 6.
