PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber elastomer having excellent heat resistance, water resistance and load decentration property. SOLUTION: The fiber elastomer is composed of a heat-weldable fiber having a melting point of≥100°C and a carbon fiber having an average fiber length of >15 mm and three-dimensionally interlocked with the heat-weldable fiber. The fiber elastomer has the 1st bonded part formed by the heat-welding of the crossing point of the carbon fiber and the heat-weldable fiber, the 2nd bonded part formed by the bonding of the carbon fiber and the heat-weldable fiber with a slippery binder having slipperiness and a bonding property at a part other than the 1st bonded part, and a slipping part formed by coating the surface of the carbon fiber and/or heat-weldable fiber with the slippery binder to enable the slip of the fibers.
