PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lubrication performance and the service life of a bearing. SOLUTION: Contacting surfaces having many projections, are formed on an inner wheel and an outer wheel by machining (Step S31-S35). Since the projections on the contacting surface are provided with sharp edges for breaking an oil film, the sharp edges of the projections are corroded and removed with a phosphate treatment (Step S36). Then, the film developed accompanied with the phosphate treatment is dissolved and removed with a chromic acid solution (Step S37). In this way, since smooth projections at the tip part and oil basins among mutual projections are formed on the contacting surface, the stable oil films can be formed on the contacting surface and the lubrication performance can be improved.
